Who can apply?
South African retailers and brands with an existing online catalogue. You will need a valid business email and, ideally, a product feed we can ingest.
How long does approval take?
We review applications manually. You will receive email updates when your application is approved or if we need more information.
Do I need a separate merchant account?
Applications start from your OneShop shopper account. After approval, sign in to the merchant portal with the same credentials to manage your store.
What happens after someone clicks my offer?
Shoppers are redirected to your website to complete the purchase. OneShop is a discovery layer — you remain the merchant of record for every sale.
