The Story
A refined South African Chenin Blanc, this wine offers a contemporary and mouth-filling experience with notes of white pear, quince, and green pineapple, complemented by spicy complexity from French oak. Fermented in 228L second and third fill Burgundian barrels, amphora, and concrete egg, then matured sur lie for six months with occasional barrel rolling to enhance richness. A portion of tank-fermented Chenin Blanc is blended in to accentuate fresh citrus flavors.
